This wine has been made with an association of grape varieties from our farms. The grapes are harvested by hand and in small 15 kg boxes in order to fully respect the quality and integrity of the grape.

Development and aging

Alcoholic fermentation is carried out with native yeasts to respect the typicity of the aromas of the grape in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. A gentle maceration of the skins is carried out, appropriate to the type of wine to be obtained, avoiding tannic over-extraction and obtaining a pleasant and harmonious wine. After malolactic fermentation, the wine spends six months in oak barrels.

Organoleptic characteristics

High layer cherry red color with a lively rim of purple tones that denote its fullness. On the nose, a powerful expression of red and black fruits stands out, acquiring complexity with notes of spices and light minerals. On the palate it stands out for its elegance from a well-balanced structure with freshness and unctuousness and with a retro-olfaction in which we vividly remember the aromas of red fruits and light toasted notes.

Aging potential: up to 4 or 5 years

Ideal consumption temperature: between 14 and 17ºC

Recommended pairing: Sausages, white meats, stews and very suitable for tapas
