Plot and harvest

Grenache is an autochthonous grape from Alicante perfectly adapted to the harsh Alicante climate. The harvest was carried out at the optimal ripening point of the grapes to achieve greater freshness and aromas in the wine. Harvest carried out by hand and first thing in the morning, in perforated 15 kg boxes, allowing maximum respect for the quality and integrity of the fruit.

Development and aging

The bunches are transported directly to the pneumatic press where a long and gentle pressing is carried out. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature between 16-18ºC. Then this wine has remained 7 months with its fine lees in stainless steel. The result is a complex rosé, but at the same time fine and delicate. It is very fresh on the palate which allows it to age very well. A wine from which a limited number of numbered bottles will be launched and which will allow the enjoyment of a singular product for the most demanding palates.

Organoleptic characteristics

Pale pink color, clean, bright and crystalline. The nose expresses subtle floral aromas, which evolve towards notes of peach and apricot. It is unctuous, very broad, with fresh sensations that reinforce its dynamism, it has a long and pleasant finish.
