A chef’s inspiration can only be enhanced when stimulated by the peace and tranquility of a centuries-old institution like Casa Sicilia. Cooking amidst vineyards, in an environment awash with aromas and different sensations, prompts our chef to bring out the best of himself in each dish.
The origin of the character of the wines from Casa Sicilia and its greatest asset are, without a doubt its vineyards, located in a privileged location outside the town of Novelda (Alicante).
