Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to respect the typicity of the aromas of the grape. A gentle maceration of the skins is carried out with 10% whole grapes, appropriate to the type of wine to be obtained in search of an aromatic nose and a fresh and elegant mouthfeel. After fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months in frustoconical oak tanks.

Organoleptic characteristics
Cherry red color with a medium-low layer with a ruby ​​rim that denotes its youth. A frank and intense nose of red fruits, strawberries and plums stands out. Elegant and fresh mouth, balanced, with hints of fresh fruit. The wine has a long journey and leaves us with a fresh and unctuous mouth.

Recommended pairing: Tapas, vegetable or seafood rice, sausages, white meats

Ideal consumption temperature: Between 15º and 17º C
