Compliance with the general conditions
The completion and sending of a purchase order expresses full and unreserved compliance to each and every one of the General Purchase Conditions, as explicitly stated in the confirmation of the purchase.
The user declares that he/she is of the minimum legal age for the consumption of alcohol.
Object
These general conditions of purchase (hereinafter referred to as “General Purchase Conditions”) regulate the on-line sale of the products offered to the public by Santa Barbara Ocio y Cultura S.L. through the online store located at the URL www.casacesilia.es.
The sales made are remote sales regulated by the Spanish legislation in force on the subject.
Territory of application
The web is currently active for the Spanish peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
Information about orders
Each box may contain different types of products, they do not necessarily have to be the same.
The prices are listed without VAT and transport costs, which are calculated during the order process once the different items and the order destination have been entered. Prior to confirmation of your purchase, the final amount of the order will be shown, itemizing the net amount for each item, shipping costs and any applicable taxes.
These prices are subject to change and are non-binding for future transactions.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery. Your order will not be delivered until Santa Barbara Ocio y Cultura, S.L. has confirmation of payment of the order by means of the above mentioned payment methods, with the exception of Cash On Delivery, in which case delivery will made once payment has been made to the delivery person.
An additional charge of 3% will be applied to orders before shipping and taxes on orders payed by PayPal and Cash On Delivery.

Proof of the transfer must be sent by email to sboc@vectalia.es through the order tracking platform, or using the link sent to the email account registered by the client.
An order tracking platform will be available to the customer for information regarding the status of the order. To do this, the customer must provide a valid email account, where we will send you the link for your order.
Delivery time: Maximum 3 working days.
All packages and their contents should be verified upon delivery. In the event of broken or missing items, report any discrepancies on the delivery slip and contact us as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal (returns)
In accordance with the provisions of Article 101 of the current General Law for Consumer and User Protection and other complementary laws, consumers and users that purchase products through this website may cancel this contract without justification of their decision. To exercise this right, the customer should send an email to sboc@vectalia.es, specifying “Right of withdrawal” and the order number in the subject line. Consumers or users have a maximum of 7 working days to send written communication from the date on which the products were received.
In this case, the consumer or user must return the purchased products in perfect condition (undamaged, clean and unopened by customer), properly protected and in their original packaging. After inspection by Casa Cesilia S.L. of the good condition of the products, the amount corresponding to the items returned will be reimbursed using the same method of payment used by the consumer or user to make the initial purchase, discounting the transport costs of the return, which shall be paid by the consumer or user.

Santa Barbara Ocio y Cultura S.L. guarantees the security and confidentiality of all the data provided to all of its users and customers.
Our electronic payment system is part of the Banco Sabadell e-commerce payment gateway.
All of the data provided for these purposes is encrypted under the SSL (Secure Socket Layers) protocol to ensure maximum security of the data, and may not be intercepted during transmission by the network. The screen where the user enters his/her credit card data comes directly from the accredited bank (Banco Sabadell), which is the entity that receives the data.
The SSL encryption system confers total security of the transmission of this data over the network.
In order to offer its customers total security, this information will not be retained by Santa Barbara Ocio y Cultura S.L.
Delivery of the goods
Santa Barbara Ocio y Cultura S.L. shall be released from its delivery obligations and declines all responsibility in the following cases:
- Total or partial nonpayment of the order form by the User.
- Omission or inaccurate information which, in accordance with the provisions of the present general conditions, must be provided by the user upon completion of the order form.
Nullity and invalidity of the clauses
In the event a clause included in the present General Purchase Conditions is declared totally or partially null or invalid, this nullity or invalidity will only affect such provision or part thereof that is null or ineffective, all other terms and conditions in the present General Purchase Conditions will subsist, considering the provision in question to be totally or partially excluded.
Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
These Legal Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation. Santa Barbara Ocio y Cultura S.L. and the User agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of goods or services subject to these legal conditions to the Courts of Alicante, Spain, unless otherwise specified by law.
