Green harvest oil

In the ecological green oil we always seek to care for and improve the consumer experience, being the excellence of the aroma, finesse and flavor, not forgetting to be respectful with the environment!

It is an early harvest, always at dawn with grinding one hour after harvest, trying to keep the oxidation processes to a minimum, thus obtaining an oil with greater freshness and low acidity.

It stands out for its floral notes, tomato and green apple.

Our oil is perfect to use raw in salads, toast and dressings; but it can also be used to make stews, grilled vegetables or baked preparations.
