Gold harvest oil

The extra virgin oil is extracted in a traditional way from a careful selection of organic olives, cultivated with great care on our property.

It is a mechanical cold extraction, with a first pressing to maintain its aromas and flavors. All processes are respectful with the environment, being a sustainable agriculture!

This oil transports us to the 18th century, when it was the origin of this house, where the art of a unique and singular product was processed and began.

Its color refers to the return of the origin of agriculture and wants to recall the complete integration and harmony with the ecosystem, with the natural habitat, enriching the concept of organic farming!
